The program aims to contextualize participants’ leadership experience through a series of interactive and informative sessions. WebAug 31, 2024 · Emerging leaders are early-career professionals with 5–8 years of experience in the engineering field who are prepared to think strategically about their career and beginning to assume leadership roles in the industry. Selected participants come from a variety of firms with a range of engineering expertise.
