Cloudflare will serve your website content like nothing in the middle at all. Everything served under your domain and that's is absolutely fine. You shouldn't worry about it! Share WebI examined the rest api logs just now and saw references to cloudflare, so i figured I'd check with CloudFlare. Turns out, in Security, WAF, I setup a rule for Block Known Bots. I disabled this rule and now my JetPack connections works again.
